  • When you order one of our book boxes, you will receive an email containing our questionnaire.

    The questionnaire will have a few questions, like -

    • Who’s your favourite author?

    • What’s your favourite book?

    • Can we have the link to your Goodreads/Fabled/Storygraph?

    • Are there any books/authors you really don’t want to receive?

    • Anything else you’d like us to know?

  • Loving your experience? You don’t have to do anything. We renew monthly on the same date you signed up! Just sit back and enjoy your darkest fantasies.

    Going on holiday? To be read pile getting too high? Maybe you just need a break. You can skip or pause anytime from your account dashboard.

    You can Cancel Anytime after your first renewal. Just head to your account dashboard.

    • We source all of our books second-hand. So you can get your fill of literary greatness with half the carbon footprint. Every one is carefully vetted before being sent to you, to ensure that it’s something you’d be proud to display on your shelf.

    • All of our packaging is recycled. We are always working to be even more sustainable so keep an eye out for updates.

    • Books are only sourced once your order has been placed, so there’s no unnecessary consumption.

  • We are a small team and we put care into every book we select for you. We source a mixture of second hand and new books, which means it can take us a bit longer to find the perfect one for you, so please allow an extra few days for your first box to arrive with you.. New subscriptions can take unto 7 working days of ordering.

    Every month following that, your box will be sent out within 2 working days of your renewal date.

    Orders are fulfilled using Evri Standard Delivery and are usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

    If you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will be happy to look into it for you.
